Normally worship services will consist of three or four contemporary songs with two or three traditional hymns.
Our worship services start with a set of three to four songs. On occasion this set of songs should begin with a hymn.
Our congregation desires to recite the Lord’s Prayer about once a month.
Almost every worship service should include the “Foundational Truths of our Faith”, (creeds, confessions, catechisms, responsive readings, etc.)
It is helpful to have readings from the other testament of that which is being preached and for that text to be printed in the bulletin.
We participate in the Lord’s Supper on a monthly basis.
Baptisms will normally be conducted on the second Sunday of the month. As our church grows, it may sometimes be necessary for multiple baptisms to be held in the same service or for an evening baptismal service to be held.
We will on occasion have significant times of quiet confession. Silence is important to worship on occasion.
We incorporate testimonies of God’s grace and His faithfulness once a month.
We incorporate children’s messages at least once a month.
